Beneath the porticoes of Via Cavour, in the heart of Fossano’s historic centre, Locanda Cavour combines old-world warmth with the comfort of contemporary design.

The Locanda is home to our Piedmontese restaurant and two deluxe rooms. In the same building, Residenza Cavour offers an attic suite and three junior suites, ideal for families and longer stays.

On the ground floor, our restaurant brings the authentic flavours of Piedmont to the table: hand-rolled fresh pasta and local meats, paired with a selection of wines from the Langhe and Roero.

The dining room is also open to non-residents, for lunches and dinners rooted in tradition.
