Locanda Cavour in the historic centre of Fossano
Beneath the porticoes of Via Cavour, in the heart of Fossano’s historic centre, Locanda Cavour combines old-world warmth with the comfort of contemporary design.

On the ground floor, our restaurant brings the authentic flavours of Piedmont to the table: hand-rolled fresh pasta and local meats, paired with a selection of wines from the Langhe and Roero.
The dining room is also open to non-residents, for lunches and dinners rooted in tradition.
